Biography
Marco Aurélio Barcelos is the CEO of the Brazilian Association of Highway Concessionaires (ABCR). He holds a PhD in Law from USP and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of London. He previously served as Secretary of Infrastructure for the State of Minas Gerais and as Secretary in the Investment Partnerships Program (PPI) of the Presidency of the Republic.
