+14 years of experience in Structured Finance with particular focus on Project Finance
(+35 projects / +US$ 10bi raised)

Coordination of financial advisory services to private equity and corporate entities for infrastructure projects in Brazil and North America including: financial modeling/M&A/valuation, risk management, cash management, bond issuances, A/B loans with multilateral agencies and export credit agencies (ECAs) and discussions of regulatory framework in order to raise funds to projects.

Lead Arranger in project finance structures, assisting and participating in: (i) contractual discussions, (ii) development of stress case scenarios, (iii) due diligence processes, (iv) credit approvals, (v) portfolio management, (vi) others.

Main Sectors: Power (conventional and renewables), Airports, Ports, Highways, Urban Mobility, Railways, O&G (midstream).
