Biography
Luiz Fernando Rolla is the current CFO of Norte Energia. He was CFO and IR of CEMIG. Graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1974, by UFMG, he has postgraduate courses in Economic Engineering and Data Processing. He was responsible for implementing CEMIG's Level I and Level II ADR programs; by joining Bovespa's Corporate Governance Level 1 in 2001 and by listing the company's shares on the Madrid and Barcelona Stock Exchange in 2002. In 2007, he assumed the Board of Finance and IR and Control of Holdings of CEMIG; Board of Directors of Transchile Charrúa Transmision; elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the companies that make up the TBE Group.

Norte Energia is made up of state and private electricity companies, pension and investment funds and self-propelled companies to build and operate the Belo Monte Hydroelectric Power Plant in the Xingu River (PA).
