Biography

Luiz Felipe Coutinho is the CEO and co-founder of Origem Energia S.A., a prominent Brazilian energy integration company founded in 2016. With over 20 years of management experience, including seven years in natural gas market development, he leads the company in providing integrated energy and infrastructure solutions to support Brazil's energy transition and security. Under his guidance, Origem Energia runs a natural gas processing plant in Alagoas, offers natural gas balance services through an underground storage facility, and is developing energy generation and carbon capture technologies. Coutinho holds a Business Administration degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and serves as the company's Investor Relations Officer and Board Member. He is active in the industry as a member of the IBP's Natural Gas Sector Committee, the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI), and is President of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Exploration & Production Association (ABEP).
