Luiz Distrutti has over 10 years of experience in advisory and structured finance across the power, infrastructure, TMT, and O&G sectors. Luiz has worked in financings totaling over USD 15bio across the Americas, including the US, Mexico, Caribbean, and Brazil, as well as cross-border transactions. Within the infrastructure sector Luiz has worked on the financing of concessions and PPPs, ranging from toll-roads, to ports, airports, and public lighting. Luiz Distrutti holds a MA in International Relations with a specialization in Energy and Finance from the Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Economics from PUC-SP.
