Biography

Luis Horacio Gallón Arangón es el Secretario de Infraestructura de la Gobernación de Antioquia, cargo desde el cual lidera el desarrollo y modernización de la infraestructura vial, de conectividad y obras públicas del departamento. Con amplia experiencia en ingeniería y gestión pública, ha dirigido importantes proyectos de infraestructura que fortalecen la competitividad territorial y mejoran la calidad de vida de los antioqueños. Su gestión se enfoca en la planeación estratégica, ejecución de megaproyectos y articulación interinstitucional para el progreso regional de Antioquia.
