Lucas Lahitou

Lucas Lahitou is Chief Executive Officer of S&B USA Concessions, bringing over 15 years of infrastructure development and investment experience. He was instrumental in securing major P3 wins, including the Fargo-Moorhead Diversion Channel and PennDOT Major Bridges Program. Previously, he led high-profile highway infrastructure projects at Cintra US and Vinci Concessions USA. He holds an MS in Transportation Engineering from the University of Texas and a Civil Engineering degree.
