With over 20 years of professional experience, including a background in banking and capital markets law, she has been instrumental in Omega Energia's growth through mergers and acquisitions and the development of new assets. Mariz played a key role in the legal aspects of the company's formation from the combination of Omega Geração and Omega Desenvolvimento. She leads the company's sustainability strategy and governmental relations, actively advocating for expanded access to the free energy market in Brazil for all consumers. Her expertise is vital to Omega Energia, a leader in the renewable energy sector.
