LEONARDO BAPTISTA RODRIGUES CRUZ é sócio desde 2019 na Área Empresarial de Pinheiro Neto Advogados. Bacharel em Direito pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, possui curso de especialização em Direito Societário pelo Insper-SP e mestrado na University of Virginia nos EUA. Foi associado estrangeiro por um ano no escritório Dechert LLP em Nova Iorque. Inscrito na OAB/SP e habilitado como advogado no Estado de NY nos EUA.
