É formada em Engenharia de Produção de Materiais pela UFSCar, possui MBA Executivo em Finanças pelo Insper e especializações por Stanford e outras instituições. Iniciou sua carreira na CCEE e ingressou na CPFL Energia em 2001, contribuindo significativamente para o setor.
