Biography

Appointed Director of ANAC, Brazil´s National Civil Aviation Authority, for the period from 2016 to 2021, Juliano served at the Civil Aviation Ministry, as Secretary ofAir Navigation, from 2013 to 2016, and as Secretary of Airports, from 2011 until 2013.He is a civil aviation regulation specialist in ANAC, where he hasoccupied several positions, such as Manager of the Market Monitoring Branch, from2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, he was the Head of the Department of EconomicRegulation and Market Monitoring of the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency.Mr. Noman holds an undergraduate degree in Economics (Universidade deBrasília – UnB, 2000) and has an extension course on Airport Infrastructure Management(Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica – ITA)
