Biography
José Guilherme Berman is a partner in BMA's Regulatory Enforcement and Infrastructure and Regulatory & Government Affairs practice areas . He has solid experience in individual and collective actions involving various areas of public law, such as public bidding procedures, electric energy, oil and natural gas, price regulation, environmental law, administrative misconduct, anticorruption law, and expropriations. He represents clients both at the administrative level (budget oversight tribunals, the federal Controller-General's Office, and regulatory agencies) and before the courts.
