Es abogado con LLM y MBA, consultor jurídico y ejecutivo de alta dirección en financiamiento al desarrollo sostenible con más de 20 años de experiencia. Es abogado por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, magíster en derecho en regulación financiera y valores por Georgetown University y en Administración de Empresas por la Universidad del Pacífico. Cuenta con la certificación CFA in ESG Investing, y se ha desempeñado como Director de Fondos e Inversiones y Consultor Jurídico (E) de la CAF-Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina, Director de CAF Asset Management Corp y CAF-AM Administradora de Activos Uruguay S.A. Actualmente también es miembro del directorio de CAF.
