Jim Footh

Jim Footh is a Managing Director at PGIM Real Estate on the global Data Center Investments team. Based in Seattle, Washington, Jim has transactional and portfolio management responsibilities for investments made by PGIM Real Estate in the data center sector and is a senior member of the Global Data Center Strategy portfolio management team. Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Jim spent eight years as a senior leader within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure team. His most recent role was the senior manager of AWS Strategy and Planning leading a team of infrastructure planners to develop private-cloud infrastructure solutions for AWS U.S. government and non-U.S. government clients.
