She holds a degree in Economics and two master's degrees: Public Policy from the University of Los Andes and Public Administration and Infrastructure Management from Cornell University. With over a decade of experience, her career is marked by leading strategic mobility and concession projects in Latin America. Her expertise spans public policy, risk management, and structuring complex ventures. She has held key roles in the Colombian public sector, including Deputy Director of Public-Private Partnerships at the Ministry of Finance. At ALG, she leads high-impact initiatives for banks, concessionaires, and governments, focusing on investment strategies and multimodal planning. Her approach combines strategic vision, effective stakeholder articulation, and technical rigor to support business decisions and create value.
