Javier Lancheros
Biography
Javier has over 25 years of business leadership and project delivery experience in Canada, Guinee, Algeria, Trinidad & Tobago, Perú, Panamá, Chile and presently in Colombia. He has had Operational responsibility for businesses in Latin America between 2012 and 2018 when he joined WSP. During that period and more recently delivered major infrastructure projects in road and rail and overseen projects in aviation, ports, and water. This includes overall direction and oversight of the design whilst providing expertise and leadership on technical and strategic matters across the infrastructure sector. Working in many countries around the world has required the ability to adapt and develop delivery strategies.
