Javier Dib
Biography
Javier Dib is the Chief Executive Officer of AES Andes, a position he assumed in August 2022. Under his leadership, AES Andes is advancing a responsible energy transition through its Greentegra strategy, focusing on decarbonization, renewable growth, and integrating battery energy storage systems. Joining AES in 2002, Mr. Dib has held various financial leadership roles across AES operations in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. He also served as CEO of Chile Renovables, driving strategic partnerships for renewable expansion. Dib is a public accountant with a postgraduate degree in Finance.
