Biography
Jacy Prado is a seasoned economist with over 15 years of experience in infrastructure finance, focusing on project structuring, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), and concessions. He joined Aegea Saneamento in 2018 within the Institutional and Financial area. Prior to Aegea, he was responsible for structuring over 60 infrastructure projects, primarily in sanitation. Since July 2021, Jacy has served as the CEO of Águas de Teresina, an Aegea concessionaire, where he has been instrumental in the universalization of water supply and significant advancements in sewage coverage in Teresina. Previously, he led Aegea's São Paulo Regional, overseeing innovations such as the Solar Sludge Dryer. His contributions were recognized with the Comenda Ordem Estadual do Mérito da Renascença do Piauí.

Aegea Saneamento
Aegea manage sanitation assets through its dealerships in several states of the country. The company acts as manager of public concessions operating in all processes of the full cycle of water – supply, collection and sewage treatment. Currently, Aegea is represented in ten Brazilian states and supplies more than 21 million people in 153 municipalities. Its shareholders are Grupo Equipav, GIC and Itaúsa.
