Hernan Martin
Biography
Hernán Martin is the CEO/CIO of BTG Pactual Asset Management Chile, where he leads the business strategy for both Traditional and Alternative Assets, managing over USD 4.5 billion in AUMs. He is also an Associate Partner of BTG Pactual and part of the global BTG Pactual Asset Management team, which oversees more than USD 42 billion. With 17 years of experience in the financial market, primarily in fixed income, debt, and currencies, Martin previously served as Head of Fixed Income at AFP Capital, managing over USD 33 billion in AUMs. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master in Finance from ESE, Universidad de los Andes, and is a CFA Charterholder.
