Biography

Guilherme é chefe do departamento de rodovias da assessoria de PPP do BNDES. Antes de ingressar nesta divisão, liderou o departamento de Mercado de Capitais de Dívida, com uma carteira de mais de 60 títulos corporativos e de projetos de infraestrutura sob sua gestão. Anteriormente, trabalhou com financiamento de infraestrutura, incluindo aeroportos, rodovias, resíduos sólidos urbanos e energy from waste. Antes de ingressar no BNDES em 2009, trabalhou em empresas do setor privado nas áreas de mineração e comunicações. É formado em Engenharia Industrial pela Universidade Federal Fluminense e mestre em Economia e Finanças pelo Departamento de Finanças do Ibmec-RJ, com extensão na Nottingham University.
