Glauco Filho atua como Assessor de Diretoria no Banco Regional de Desenvolvimento do Extremo Sul (BRDE), instituição financeira pública que promove o desenvolvimento econômico da região Sul do Brasil. Com experiência no setor bancário e financeiro, contribui para as estratégias institucionais e operações de crédito voltadas ao fomento empresarial. Sua atuação no BRDE envolve apoio à alta administração em projetos de desenvolvimento regional, análise de investimentos e fortalecimento do setor produtivo nos estados do Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina e Paraná.
