Gilson Carvalho serves as the CFO & IRO at Entrevias Concessionária de Rodovias S.A., a Grupo Pátria company. He possesses over 30 years of experience in the financial market, including more than 22 years as a financial executive at the FCA – Fiat Chrysler Group, where he held positions such as CEO of Banco Fidis S.A. and Fiat Chrysler Finanças, and CFO of Fiat Chrysler Participações Brasil S.A.. Consistently recognized among Brazil's "50 most admired financial professionals" by Análise Editorial, he is the sole representative from the road concession sector in this ranking. Carvalho holds degrees in Law, Accounting, and Administration, with postgraduate studies from Insead (France) and a Master's in Economics.
