Fredy Nasser Selman
Biography
Fredy Nasser Selman is the President of Grupo Terra, a prominent Honduran-based multilatina corporation. An architecture graduate from Texas A&M University, Mr. Nasser has spearheaded Grupo Terra's diversification and expansion across Central America and beyond, transforming it from a local entity into a diversified investment conglomerate. Under his leadership, Grupo Terra has significantly invested in energy generation, including thermal, hydroelectric, wind, and solar projects, supplying a substantial portion of Honduras's energy. The group also holds a major presence in hydrocarbons, retail, and infrastructure, notably managing Honduras's international airports. Recognized for his business acumen, Mr. Nasser has received awards such as the "Premio Excelencia 2011". He is also the president of Fundación Terra and Fundación Nasser, promoting social and environmental initiatives.
