Biography
Francisco Gnecco serves as Managing Director of Ruta Costera, an ISA company in Colombia. A Civil Engineer and finance specialist with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure and road concessions, he has held leadership roles as manager and board member in various projects, including international experience in Peru, Panama, and Costa Rica. Prior to his current role, he was Deputy General Director of the Urban Development Institute of Bogotá and Vice President of Infrastructure at Constructora Colpatria. He contributes to connecting regions and fostering development through modern and sustainable road infrastructure.
