Biography

Fernando S. Marcato, Secretário de Infraestrutura e Mobilidade do Governo do Estado de Minas Gerais, é mestre em Direito Público Comparado pela Universidade Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris 1) e professor da FGV Direito SP. Em sua atuação na Secretaria, liderou a estruturação de concessões e Parcerias Público-Privadas (PPPs), resultando no maior portfólio do país, com mais de R$ 20 bilhões em investimentos, e destacou-se pelo lançamento do programa Provias e o leilão do metrô de BH. Anteriormente, foi Secretário Executivo de Novos Negócios na Sabesp (2008-2011), acumulando vasta experiência em infraestrutura e direito administrativo.
