Felipe Tonetti
Biography
Felipe Tonetti is a Private Equity Director at IG4 Capital, where he focuses on identifying and structuring new investments and overseeing portfolio companies like OPY Health and CLI. He also serves as a Board Member of CLI Sul. At IG4, Tonetti has led equity transactions exceeding USD 800 million and facilitated around USD 260 million in credit facilities. His prior experience includes M&A at BRF and private equity at GP Investments, concentrating on real estate, consumer services, and logistics. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of São Paulo (USP).
