Biography
With over 14 years of professional experience in the construction sector and risk consulting, I have specialized in the comprehensive development, management, and consulting of multisectorial projects. Throughout my professional career in Latin America and part of Europe, I have had the opportunity to participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of more than 25 projects, totaling 920,000 m² of construction and over 100 km of roads. This experience has allowed me to deeply understand the project lifecycle, as well as anticipate and manage the technical, operational, and strategic challenges. I currently focus my expertise on specialized consulting and risk management for different sectors, having advised more than 100 national and multinational clients investing, building, and operating in Mexico since 2021. I have led risk management strategies for more than 120 intermodal investment and operation projects, helping to transform uncertainty into value for my clients.
