Biography
With over 15 years of experience in the construction sector and risk consulting, I have specialized in the end-to-end development, management, and advisory of multisector projects. Throughout my career in Latin America and parts of Europe, I have contributed to the planning, execution, and delivery of more than 25 projects, totaling 920,000 m² of construction and over 100 km of roads, gaining a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle and the ability to anticipate and manage technical, operational, and strategic challenges. Currently, I focus on specialized consulting and risk management across multiple industries, advising more than 100 national and multinational clients investing, building, and operating in Mexico since 2021. I have led risk strategies for over 120 intermodal investment and operational projects, helping transform uncertainty into tangible value for clients.
