Eduardo Escobal
Biography
Civil Engineer. MBA in Finance. International consultant for Public Private Partnership -PPP and infraestructure. He has led and participated in the structuring and promotion of over 50 PPP in the Latin American region (awarded with investments of more than US$ 4,000 million); with four that were internationally recognized. More than 35 years of work experience, more than 15 years in management positions, 10 years in Development, Promotion and Microfinance Banking. He has participated as a speaker and panelist in South and Center America. He currentlyis a professor in Management and Structuring of Concessions at ESAN University and was proffesor in the Escuela Nacional de Control (Part of the Government's Office of the Comptroller). He has participated in proposals for improvements to the regulatory frameworks of PPPs in 4 countries. 4 times participates in National Awards "Business Creativity": Twice finalist and twice First Prize (one company and own product).
