Daniel Vaillant

Mr. Vaillant is an independent director, consultant in infrastructure investment and management. Former General Manager of Omega, a Peruvian Transmission Operator for large mining and other global and national clients, General Manager of Abengoa Transmission Norte (ATN) and Abengoa Transmission Sur (ATS). Mr. Vaillant previously served as Chief Operation Officer for Abengoa Transmission Norte (ATN) from 2008 to 2013. From 2005 to 2007, he occupied executive positions at Hydro-Québec International where he was notably CEO of Consorcio Transmantaro S.A. and CEO of Transelec, Chile’s largest Transmission company.
