Infraestrutura, Engenharia e Construção, Acordos Anticorrupção, Compliance, Direito Sancionatório. Atuação nas áreas contenciosa (arbitral e judicial) e consultiva, em especial junto a agências reguladoras e órgãos de controle – CGU, Ministério Público, Tribunais de Contas.

26 anos de atuação no segmento de infraestrutura, com ampla experiência na estruturação de transações complexas, especialmente em projetos de construção e PPPs/Concessões, suporte estratégico à execução, discussões contratuais (claims / change orders), e disputas arbitrais e judiciais. Atuou por 20 anos como General Counsel em grupos empresariais – 13 anos na Skanska Brasil e 7 anos na Andrade Gutierrez.
