Cristiane Spercel
Biography
Cristiane Spercel is an Associate Managing Director at Moody's, leading the analytical team for Latin America within the Global Public Project & Infrastructure Finance Group. Based in Brazil, she spearheads rating coverage for sub-sovereign credits across Latin America and the Caribbean. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Cristiane serves as a rating chair across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and utilities. She joined Moody's in 2007, having previously held roles in corporate finance, asset management, and credit analysis. Cristiane holds an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Sao Paulo and a Master's in Finance from Baruch College.
