Biography

Cleyton Barros is a Special Advisor at PPI - Programa de Parcerias de Investimentos, a role he assumed in January 2023. A federal public servant and Specialist in Governmental Policies and Management, he brings over 20 years of experience in infrastructure, transport, economic development, and public policies. He holds degrees in Law and Administration, with a Master's in Administration and a Master Certificate in Sustainable Infrastructure. Mr. Barros actively drives strategic partnerships and concessions, advocating for sustainable infrastructure projects and a diversified investment portfolio, particularly in social sectors like education, health, and housing. He has discussed the prospects of public-private partnerships, emphasizing robust project structuring for national development.
