Carlos Manuel Pavon serves as the Managing Director for South America at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV). He plays a crucial role in FRV's expansion and commitment to renewable energy in the region, particularly in Chile where he oversees significant projects like a hybrid solar-wind plant to power 250,000 homes. Pavon has also been instrumental in FRV securing major energy tenders in Chile and re-establishing its presence in the Brazilian market with a 300 MW photovoltaic plant.
