Biography

Barbara Bianca Sena é Procuradora Federal em exercício na Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (ANEEL). Mestre em Administração Pública pelo IDP, possui pós-graduações em Direito Público, Constitucional e Ambiental, e graduação em Direito pelo UniCEUB (2003). Com 13 anos de atuação na ANEEL, é especialista em Direito Administrativo, Regulatório, de Energia Elétrica e Arbitragem. Sua expertise inclui arbitrabilidade em concessões de transmissão de energia, tema de sua dissertação, e a arbitragem no setor elétrico brasileiro, sobre a qual é coautora.
