Biography

Arturo Moreno Rey serves as the Corporate Affairs Director at ICA - Ingenieros Civiles Asociados. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy and business development within Latin America, a field he has contributed to at ICA since February 2008. His professional background also includes managerial roles in international concessions and business development at Grupo Flova from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Moreno Rey is a member of the Executive Committees and Boards for associated companies, including ICA Fluor, ACTICA, and Los Portales. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a Diploma in Business Management from IPADE Business School, and undertook further studies in Business Management at the University of Miami.
