Alfredo Solar

Alfredo Solar is Regional Manager for Chile and the Southern Cone at Atlas Renewable Energy, a role he has held since 2017. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the Chilean energy sector, including a long tenure as General Manager of Acciona Energy Chile. Before joining Atlas, he spent three years as General Manager of SunEdison in Chile. Alfredo served as President of ACERA, Chile’s renewable energy and storage association, for more than seven years, and continues to serve on its board. He is a Civil Engineer from the Universidad de Chile.

Alfredo Solar es el Regional Manager para Chile y el Cono Sur de Atlas Renewable Energy, cargo que ocupa desde 2017. Aporta más de 20 años de experiencia en el sector energético chileno, incluyendo una larga trayectoria como Gerente General de Acciona Energía Chile. Antes de unirse a Atlas, fue Gerente General de SunEdison en Chile durante tres años. Alfredo fue Presidente de ACERA, la Asociación Chilena de Energías Renovables y Almacenamiento, por más de siete años, y continúa participando como director de la asociación. Es Ingeniero Civil de la Universidad de Chile.
