With over 17 years of experience in the sector, including a decade at VLI, he has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Gama previously served as Executive Director of Operations, where he led port operations in Brazil's Southeast and implemented VLI's Management Model. He is recognized for spearheading engineering and technology innovation initiatives and contributing to VLI's distinction as a top innovator in transportation and logistics.
