Biography
Alejandro Mosquera is the Managing Director of TYLin Europe LATAM, where he coordinates the Latin America region and serves as Sector Leader of Roads + Highways. With a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and over 25 years of experience, he specializes in Transportation Management, focusing on linear projects for roads and railways. He oversees operations, develops new business, and manages clients and teams across Latin America. Mosquera is also a member of the TYLin | Europe + LATAM Steering Committee.
