Graduado em Ciências Econômicas e Mestre em Gestão Empresarial. Funcionário do Banco do Nordeste desde 2006. Foi Secretário de Estado da Fazenda do Estado de Sergipe de março/2018 a março/2019. Ocupou também os cargos de Superintendente Executivo da Secretaria Geral do Governo do Estado de Sergipe entre março/2019 e fevereiro/2021; Diretor de Crédito e Serviços no BANESE entre 2021 e 2023; Membro do Conselho de Administração do BANESE desde 2023 e Conselheiro fiscal no BANESE entre nov/2019 e jul/2020.
