Biography

Graduado em Ciências Econômicas com especialização em Geoprocessamento. Extensão em Avaliação Econômica de Projetos de Infraestrutura de Transportes, especializando em Gerenciamento de Projetos e Modernização, Infraestrutura e Gestão Portuária. Iniciou a carreira profissional no Banco do Brasil, onde trabalhou por 17 anos. Servidor de carreira do Departamento Nacional de Infraestrutura de Transportes – DNIT, desde 2006 no cargo de Analista em Infraestrutura de Transportes – área de concentração: Economia. No DNIT, exerceu funções de Coordenador de Programação de Investimentos, Coordenador-Geral de Planejamento, cargos de Diretor de Planejamento e Pesquisa do Departamento e interinamente Diretor-Executivo e Diretor-Geral do Departamento.
