Sujeet Govindaraju
Biography
Sujeet Govindaraju serves as the Managing Director and Head of the India Office at CPPIB Investments India, a role he has held since July 2018. In this capacity, he leads the Portfolio Value Creation (PVC) team in India, focusing on identifying value creation opportunities and conducting due diligence for major investments. Mr. Govindaraju also provides regional leadership as the Office Head. Prior to joining CPPIB in 2018, Sujeet worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company across the US, Europe, and India, specializing in corporate strategy, capital productivity, and organizational topics. He also founded Zuci Energy Pvt Ltd, a company focused on municipal solid waste management. Sujeet holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BE from Osmania University. He currently serves on the Board of CPPIB India Advisors.
