Biography
Rajeev Karthikeyan is the Founder & Managing Director of Leap Green Energy, an Indian independent power producer focused on renewable energy solutions. With over 18 years of entrepreneurial experience spanning Manufacturing, IT, and Power, he co-founded Leap Green Energy in 2006. Under his leadership, the company has become a significant player in India's renewable energy sector, notably pioneering wind power forecasting and expanding its wind power assets. Karthikeyan, who holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Textile Engineering from the University of Leeds, is also the Founder & Managing Director of Leap India Food Logistics. He continues to drive Leap Green Energy's growth, most recently with a strategic partnership to scale its platform.
