Prateek Shroff
Biography
Prateek Shroff joined Brookfield in 2019, prior to which he spent one year at Tata Sons Limited where he worked on transactions across the Tata Group including internal restructurings, acquisitions and divestment transactions. Prior to that, he was with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (a leading law firm) in their mergers and acquisition practice for over six years, where he worked on transactions in the telecom, power, real estate, insurance sectors, among others. Mr. Shroff holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from WB National University of Juridical Sciences.
