Nicolas Schenk
Biography
Nicolas has been working for Zurich Airport in various positions since 2006. First he joined the masterplanning department in Zurich. Later he moved to Bangalore, India for more than two years. After his time in India, he worked on various projects abroad in Brazil, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Colombia. In the last few years he was employed exclusively for the international business development division of Zurich Airport. Since February 2020 he is the chief development officer for Delhi Noida International Airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Noida International Airport is a 100% subsidiary of Zurich Airport International which has been incorporated to develop the greenfield Noida International Airport in Jewar. The company will be responsible for implementing the Public-Private Partnership project together with the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The infrastructure to be constructed in the first phase by 2024, will be able to accommodate 12 million passengers per year.
