Biography
Gerald Ollivier is a Lead Transport Specialist at The World Bank - India, where he develops solutions to enhance urban mobility, achieve sustainable economic integration through multimodal transport, and ensure safer transport. He leads the Bank's Community of Practice on Transit Oriented Development. Since joining the World Bank in 1995, Mr. Ollivier has significantly contributed to sustainable transport infrastructure and services across 17 member countries. His extensive experience includes supporting metro and high-speed rail development in China and managing trade and transport projects in Europe and Central Asia. He is a civil engineer and a chartered financial analyst.
