Biography

Arvind Mayaram is a distinguished IAS officer (1978 batch) and former Finance Secretary, Government of India. Holding a PhD in Finance, he served as Alternate Governor for India on the Boards of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and African Development Bank, and as India's Finance (Deputy) in G-20 and BRICS. He is currently the Chairman of the CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition. His significant contributions include spearheading initiatives in investment, infrastructure development, and Public-Private Partnerships, and establishing the National Skill Development Corporation.
