+21 years of experience in the infrastructure, with a focus on ports, waterways, and logistics. Naval Engineer, from Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, with AMP from IESE Business School and Master’s degree in Logistics and Port Management from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Certified Board Member from IBGC – Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – and PPM* Candidate from the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA). Board Member at Port of SUAPE, Director of Logistics &Transport Division of Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP), Port Management MBA Professor at FGV, Associate Professor at Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. Recognized for leading strategic reforms and high-impact transformations in Brazil’s port sector, including landmark tenures as CEO of the Port Authorities of Santos and São Sebastião Also served as head of the Tietê-Paraná Waterway, advancing multimodal transport policy and execution.
