Biography
Marine Engineer graduated from Polytechnic School of University of São Paulo, AMP from IESE Business School, Msc. Port Management from Polytechnic University of Valencia. Former CEO at Santos Port Authority. Executive for more than 20 years, CEO and General Manager for seven years at the Port of São Sebastião and Tiete Parana Waterway developing an extensive portfolio of projects and infrastructure works. He has previously served in the environmental area as Deputy State Secretary and Planning Coordinator. He has developed strategic environmental assessment for naval construction, offshore and port activities in the coast of São Paulo State.
