Biography

Sócio de TozziniFreire nas áreas de Contencioso, Arbitragem e Mediação, Elias é responsável pela condução de temas de contencioso estratégico, com atuação em arbitragens, mediações e litígios complexos. Atualmente, é o coordenador do Grupo Setorial de Agronegócios do escritório. Possui experiência de mais de 20 anos na iniciativa privada, com atuação direta em contencioso estratégico, arbitragens e solução de disputas. Também atuou como diretor jurídico/general counsel em grupo empresarial nacional de grande porte dos segmentos de energia, combustíveis, lubrificantes, infraestrutura, agronegócio e gás, tendo comandado, por mais de 11 anos, equipes de Contencioso Cível e Arbitragem, Contencioso Tributário, Contencioso Trabalhista, Contencioso Ambiental, Contencioso Regulatório e Contencioso Penal. Elias também é professor universitário de Direito Processual Civil, sendo autor de livros e artigos na área.
