He acted as a consultant in the areas of risks and insurance in many large projects in Brazil, developing innovative tools for mitigation and risk transfer.

Emilio Andrade is a Managing Director at Ardian Infrastructure, where he leads infrastructure investments across Latin America. He joined Ardian in 2019. Morgan Doyle is the IDB representative in Brazil, overseeing the Bank's programming and dialogue with the country. During his 23 years at the IDB, he was representative in Uruguay (2017-2020), Ecuador (2013-2017), and was Principal Advisor to the Vice Presidency for Sectors and Knowledge. He led several financial sector operations, working with key public sector agencies involved in housing finance and support for small and medium-sized enterprises, debt management, financial sector regulation and supervision, and collateral transactions, among others. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Brown University in International Development, and has received several academic distinctions.

He developed 3 projects at Total India(1998 - 2010) viz. LNG terminal at Mumbai (project didn’t take off), LPG Cavern Project at Visakhapatnam(as CEO) & Hazira Port sub concession project at Ahmedabad. As CEO-Essar Concessions, he looked after Essar’s entry into infra business viz. road, water, airports, pipelines, etc. Currently, he is CEO-Highway Concessions One(HC1), road platform of Global Infrastructure Partners India.  HC1 operates seven projects acquired by India Infrastructure Fund. He is also founder President of HOA(India), an industry body for road investors.

Graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from ITESM (Mexico) and an MBA from University of Bradford / Audencia / Universidad de Deusto, joined HSBC in 2004. Engineer, graduated from Orsay University, Pascal Lemonnier started his professional career in within CS Route as a Tolling Project Manager for Latin America zone. He joined Sofrecom, a subsidiary of France Telecom whose activity consisted in billing and customer care system integration for Telecommunication, as Managing Director of Sofrecom subsidiaries in South Africa and Indonesia. He joined CS ITS Division as Business Development Manager, and then he becomes Business Development Vice President. Pascal acts in particular as bid director for French Truck Tolling 3P project (Ecotaxe) for more than two years.He was Business Development Manager for Egis Projects to develop activities in US and Canada as well as Latin America.

Pedro José Julià Ruipérez joined Iridium in 2014 and is currently the Head of Finance for Latin America. In his position Mr. Juliá is responsible for the financing matters in Latin America, including corporate debt and financial products, financing and refinancing projects , and financing matters in connection to tender processes in the region. Prior to his appointment, he acted has Project Finance Manager and was part of the finance team managing numerous projects in Latin America and Europe. Before joining Iridium, he was part of the corporate risk department in Banco Santander. Mr. Juliá has a broad knowledge of Corporate Finance and Structured Finance and holds two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Law.

Prateek joined OMERS Infrastructure in 2019 as a Managing Director based in London and leads investment efforts in transport and renewable energy infrastructure. Prateek also serves on the boards of Associated British Ports and London City Airport. Prior to joining OMERS, Prateek was a Senior Principal with Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) for 12 years, where he has worked in the power, energy and transport sectors across the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. He´s a civil servant who has pursued an economic career at the Brazilian National Economic and Social Development Bank (BNDES). He´s also worked at structuring infrastructure financing projects on the airport and roads/highways sectors under the “Project Finance” model.
