João Buzio is the Head of Global Contractor and Infrastructure Development within Marsh's Construction Specialty Practice. With over 20 years of experience in the construction sector, he advises contractors and project teams on day-to-day and emerging risk management needs. He previously served as Marsh's LATAM Regional Construction Leader. Buzio holds a major in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance. His extensive expertise includes involvement in major projects such as the Panama Canal expansion. He is recognized for his insights into construction industry trends and risk transfer.

In his role as Managing Director at OMERS Infrastructure, Juan is responsible for the origination, acquisition and management of infrastructure assets, primarily in the Americas. Juan serves on the board of GNL Quintero in Chile and various boards of directors relating to the Airports Worldwide portfolio. Juan has extensive experience investing in large-scale infrastructure assets globally. After starting his infrastructure investment career at OMERS Infrastructure, Juan moved to Abu Dhabi and helped develop ADIA’s infrastructure investment platform. Juan returned to OMERS Infrastructure to join the NY office, where he is currently based. Juan has a B.Com degree from the University of Toronto.

Juan Carlos de los Heros heads the Latin America Financial Institution group. He focuses in the areas of Banking and Finance, and Projects. Juan Carlos has extensive experience in project finance transactions as well as local and international financing, including syndicated loans, project bonds, trusts and secured transactions. He has advised not only financial entities acting as lenders, arrangers, agents and investment banks, but also borrowers and sponsors from different industries. He has participated in a number of PPPs and energy projects including providing advice in public tenders, private initiatives and the negotiation of PPP and construction agreements.

Juliane Yung joined MUFG in 2012 and is currently a Managing Director, Head of Brazil Corporate Banking in the Latin America Corporate & Investment Banking team. She has extensive experience in the origination and execution of corporate financings with a focus on large corporates and MNCs as well as origination of project financings with a focus on O&G and Infrastructure. Prior to joining MUFG, Juliane worked for ING Bank, Bank of America and ABN Amro. Strong finance professional graduated from FGV and MBA from BSP – Business School in São Paulo with a module at University of Toronto in Canada. Executive Education at Columbia University, New York.

Julie Marin serves as an Investment Officer - Infrastructure at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Brazil. In this role, she contributes to IFC's mission of fostering private sector development in emerging markets. Her work involves supporting investment activities within the infrastructure sector in Brazil. The IFC's infrastructure department focuses on identifying business opportunities, structuring investment transactions, and managing portfolio investments in critical areas such as power, transport, water, and telecommunications.

Kathleen Holtzman is a Managing Director and the Latin America Business Head for Corporates at Fitch Ratings, a leading global provider of credit ratings. She has held the Managing Director position at Fitch Ratings since 2006, contributing extensive finance expertise. Previously, Ms. Holtzman served as a Vice President at Daiwa Securities, specializing in structured finance in Latin America. She holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Master's degree in Latin America from the University of Pennsylvania-The Lauder Institute.

Dr. Diaz is an energy industry, economic, financial, policy, and regulatory expert consultant specialized in LNG, natural gas, oil and electric generation. She has expertise in market and commercial analysis of fossil fuel and renewable energy in emerging markets. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and also proficient in Portuguese. Dr. Diaz has worked in energy related ventures globally, including strategic and dispute work in North America, Central and South America, Europe, the Middle East and has participated in case studies involving Brazil and China. In the fossil fuels area, Dr. Diaz has worked in wide variety of LNG project engagements in North America, South America, Europe and the Middle East providing research and analysis

Mr. Mauro has built a career in Latin America and Europe in the energy & infrastructure markets, having successfully concluded hundreds of transactions in M&A, ECM and Project Finance. At the European bank BNP Paribas, he held the role of Global co-head for the Energy Advisory team. At BTG Pactual, he was a partner focused on the coverage of clients in the energy segment. Prior to that, Mauro worked in two European financial institutions (HSBC and Dresdner Kleinwort) based in the United Kingdom and with a global scope. Mauro began his career at the Project Finance team of Banco Itau BBA, having participated in the opening of the franchise for the bank. Mr. Battisti graduated in Economics from the University of São Paulo, holding also an MBA from The Wharton School and a M.A. in International Studies from the same University of Pennsylvania.

Nathalia Seoane is a senior director and the head of Business Relationship for Latam Corporate Issuers and the head of Private Equity Outreach for Latam at Fitch Ratings. Fitch enjoys the leading coverage and local presence in Corporates in the region and Nathalia is responsible for defining and executing the business strategy as well as coordinating outreach efforts with local and global teams. Prior to joining Fitch in 2013, Nathalia worked 8 years for Banco Credit Agricole in Brazil as she acted as a relationship manager and a senior credit analyst for large Corporates. Pedro José Julià Ruipérez joined Iridium in 2014 and is currently the Head of Finance for Latin America. In his position Mr. Juliá is responsible for the financing matters in Latin America, including corporate debt and financial products, financing and refinancing projects , and financing matters in connection to tender processes in the region. Prior to his appointment, he acted has Project Finance Manager and was part of the finance team managing numerous projects in Latin America and Europe. Before joining Iridium, he was part of the corporate risk department in Banco Santander. Mr. Juliá has a broad knowledge of Corporate Finance and Structured Finance and holds two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Law.

Rafael Mirandola serves as ED - Head of Logistics at Banco Santander - Brazil. He brings expertise to optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing efficiency within the financial sector. His leadership is crucial in managing complex logistics strategies for Santander in Brazil.

Ramon Candia is the Chief Investment Officer with CIFI, a financial institution providing financing in Latin America and the Caribbean to infrastructure projects. Before joining CIFI he was leading the investment efforts in the renewable energy sector, clean technology and other industries for ECOS, an investment fund active mainly in Latin America and other regions. Ramon has been active investing in companies and infrastructure projects in different regions of the world with over 19 years of experience. He received an MBA from Purdue University.

Renato Lopes é bacharel em Tecnologia em Construção Civil pela Universidade Mackenzie, pós-graduado em Administração pela Unip e tem MBA em Gestão de Negócios de Atacado pela Fipecafi (USP). Ingressou no Banco do Brasil em 1992 e, nos últimos anos, ocupou os cargos de gerente adjunto em Nova York, diretor presidente do BB USA e gerente executivo da Diretoria Comercial. Em 2015, foi nomeado diretor de Participações da Previ.

Rodrigo Franco is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group, responsible for originating, executing and overseeing investments in Chile and Peru. He joined Brookfield in 2010 and has since played a key role in the execution of many significant transactions in Latin America. Mr. Franco serves as the Chairman of the Board of Rutas de Lima and as a Board member of Autopista Vespucio Norte. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Franco worked at Credit Suisse’s Leveraged Finance Restructuring and Origination Group in New York and at BCP's Corporate Finance Group in Lima, Peru. Rodrigo Ferreira Fonsêca Pedroso is a civil engineer, specialist in hydroelectric generation by the PAPUC -Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, in wind generation by the DEWI Institute of Germany, in commercialization of energy by Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, in project management by FGV - Getulio Vargas Foundation, worked at ANEEL - National Electric Energy Agency and is currently CEO of Pacto Energia S.A.

Sabine Trenk served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Fraport Brasil, where she was instrumental in the operation, maintenance, and commercial development of the airports in Fortaleza and Porto Alegre. With over 25 years of extensive experience in airport management, Trenk led the commercial department in implementing concession programs following the renovation and construction of new passenger terminals at these key Brazilian airports. Her career highlights include executive roles in operations and commercial management across multiple continents, including her tenure as Deputy General Manager Operations at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport in China and as COO/CCO at Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, Peru, transforming it into an award-winning hub.

Tessa Major is MSc. in Biology and Marine and Lacustrine Sciences by the University of Ghent. Tessa has worked for five years as Technical Manager Environment at the Port of Antwerp and two year as Manager of Port’s projects at Port of Antwerp International, focused on optimizing performance, detecting and closing investment opportunities in ports and terminals worldwide. In January 2018 Tessa became Chief Commercial Officer of Porto do Açu, being responsible for identifying and leveraging new business opportunities. Since December 2019 Tessa is Director of International Business & Innovation of Porto do Açu and in 2020 she was elected Vice-President of the International Association of Ports and Harbours (IAPH) for Central & South Americas.
